Responsibilities

• Participate in college employment fairs, engage with students, and advertise our company.
• For internships and junior roles, screen resumes, interview candidates, and administer skills assessments.
• Following each careers event, provide a report on recruiting metrics, such as the number of candidates hired and interviewed.
• Post job openings to alumni communities both online and offline.
• Make contact with career counselors at the institution and give them information about our internship programs.
• Use social media groups to post job openings and find possible applicants.
• Work together with team leaders to determine hiring needs and create a thorough sourcing strategy from beginning to end.
• Establish and preserve positive connections with colleges and other educational establishments.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree, ideally in human resources or a similar discipline.
• Proficiency with computers.
• Excellent document handling and administrative abilities.
• Outstanding communication skills both in writing and speaking.
• Willingness to acquire the capacity to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Passion and the ability to work hard.
• Strong interest in recruitment.
